If upon opening the packaging you are not satisfied with our product, you must return it complete and unused for exchange or return to the place of purchase. Special orders DO NOT have returns if the specifications provided by the customer were not correct.

All our products are guaranteed for life in their construction*: change of elastic, velcro or unstitching.


If you need to use the warranty and cannot come through our facilities, you must send the part by mail. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us before shipping to ensure it is covered by the warranty.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 58 C. Guayama, San Juan, 00917, Puerto Rico.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
